I hope you are all well on this wonderful Sunday.
So, as a few of you said that you are about to get back on the wagon and start the plan. I thought I'd kick start the week with some breakfast inspo. ☺️
This yummy little combo of rye bread, avocado, egg and hemp seeds is in my Week 1 meal plan (minus the egg). I find it a quick, protein packed breakfast that keeps me full all morning. Even Shay is able to have a mini version with me (perfect for the weaning stage)! ✅
