Hello all! I’ve just started again and am wondering if I can substitute some of the high intensity workouts with running. I’m thinking “couch to 5k running programme”. Thanks! X

I’m sure once your moving it’s all good - I’ve 5k app on my phone haven’t used it yet tough 😂
