Hi Madeleine, I'm loving the programme so far! I wanted to ask what you recommend eating if you don't want to loose weight? I want to tone up and love to exercise but I think my weight is fine. Is there anything you can recommend to keep the weight on? Thanks!

Hello! The plan is very balanced so you'll be getting all the nutrients and you can add a smoothie and juices to the plan if you'd like. They are much easier on digestion 😘

My favourite snack I have in the evening is some oats in coconut milk, with chopped nuts, blueberries, some sliced banana, coyo yogurt and some almond butter (mix all together and leave in fridge for an hour) it is absolute heaven to eat. X

Hi I asked the same as I do not want to loose weight and was recommended to eat some healthy carbs with meals such as quinoa , brown rice, buckwheat , brown rice pasta. And to maybe have some healthy snacks such as smoothies, nuts , seeds. Hope this helps X
