I love to fill my plate with lots of foods that lift me up and are nutrient packed. These sort of meals are amazing because I get to add all of my favourite veggies, fruits and protein sources, into one! Spring is here so, so much is in season!!

Made the summer lovin bowl from a year of beautiful eating and loved it! Made it with red rice 👌🏻switching gears from hearty comfort winter foods to light and fresh spring meals
