Hi all! Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to the community. This is my second time on the glow guides programme. I found it amazing time one, waaaaay back in 2015. But the last few years have been shocking. Injury after injury, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder and I’m dealing with disabling chronic migraines. I’m honestly at the end of my tether but when I last did this I was at my all time healthiest; had never had a migraine, was mentally stable and happy and was physically fit and capable. I’m using this week to get my ducks in a row (i’d just done the weekly shop before I decided to give it a go again) and getting going next week. Looking forward to it!
