Hiya, I am new to the App and can’t wait to start the Glow Guides in a couple of weeks. I am recently in remission from having Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer) and am looking forward to using the GG to get me back on track with exercise and diet. When I found out about my illness I quit refined sugar, alcohol and red meat straight away and can’t wait to continue this with support from the delicious recipes on this app.

Sorry posted that imoji wrong Thanks Madeline! Have just completed my first workout - I had to stop after the third cycle due to my fitness Hee hee ☺️but can’t wait to get to that point when I am fit enough to do it all.

One question that has come up is just with regards to the meal plans - I have 2 children and along with my husband there are usually no left overs for us at the end of the meal. What does everyone normally do for meals if no left overs? x
