Lack of time has been my enemy for sticking to the plan in the longer term. Along with lack of sleep, but my little sleep thieves are getting better so I’m hoping to have a bit more energy soon and with it more will power!

I felt much lighter and had more energy and focus but exercising everyday was difficult to fit in and so switched to some quicker HIIT workouts. A very busy and stressful period meant bad habits came back for me too and so want to re-set. Keep us posted how you get on! 😊

I'm restarting too! I got on really well when the plan first came out and kept it up no problem - but bad habits sneaked in with stress of moving house, jobs etc! Determined this time around 💪💪💪 I struggled with the exercise & find running & body pump work best for me 👍 Good luck! We can do it! 😁

How was for you the first time round? I'm on week 4 the second time round and am really enjoying the benefits again even though some days going to the gym is an uphill battle! Angela

Restarting here too! Just given the go ahead by my physio to start ‘proper’ exercise after diastasis recti has finally healed folliwing 2 pregnancies. Felt great after the first time following the plan so looking forward to finding that feeling again.
