I'm super exhausted and feeling very sluggish as I haven't been doing much excercise recently. I've been relaxing though, and I think that is just as important for your mind and body ✨. I wanted to do a quick and easy workout this evening, so I thought I'd share it with you and see if you wanted to join me?💥 It's an ab burning sequence from Week 1 of my Glow Guides Programme. I love it because it's perfect to do in between your house chores or on a break at work and gives you a chance to have some YOU TIME. 💪🏼😆
