Workout this morning was fab, I found it easier than Monday (hate burpies)! 🙊 Just wondered if anyone here suffers from weak knees? I basically horse ride a lot, and have poor knees (weak inner thigh muscles). Left knee twinges/aches already annoyingly!! I don't want to stop working out, hoping yoga sessions will help to strengthen muscles overall? Any advice would be greatly received! Loving the programme. 🌟 xx

Hey everyone! Pretty please make sure you never push through pain! Especially not joint pain. If you are experiencing any pain I would highly recommend speaking to a physician to properly assess your symptoms and make amendments to the program if necessary. 💙 Loving everyone's commitment !!!

I have hypermobility syndrome with dyspraxia so totally understand about your knee situation . My joints are weak as well. I have high arch feet so when I'm running /walking in running - walking awkwardly and not careful my knees /ankles give in

Also make sure your quads and hamstrings are strong enough. Often weak muscles can lead to knee pain so focus of n strengthening around the knee to take pressure off. Try massaging around the knee daily and also I use a foam roller each night to help get rid of knots in muscles X

I'm struggling with my knees to I think it's my foot wear. Need to get some decent trainers. Any recommendations to type/brand?

Make sure you have the right shoes! I started working out last year with shoes that didn't support my flat feet and I had horrible knee pain. Now I use some indoor training shoes with rigid arch support insoles and I haven't had pain for months! :)

Just to let you know you are not the only one, my knees cracks everytime I bend them 😁😉 I try to push more on my heels and it helps a little bit ! Also loved the workout today appart from the diamond push ups 😫
