I check-in from time to time and wondered if anyone else does anymore?? Seems such a shame as it was a really good community...I'm going to start the plan after Xmas and would love to share my journey with someone! Madeleine, are you still watching??! xx

I'm starting this week too although mainly the workouts as I find the food a bit repetitive (eating last nights dinner for lunch). however I may use the recipes as a guide for some meals, we eat quite healthy anyway and I have her books so will work something out that works for me and my kids (hubby's away). Has this plan been forgotten due to the new IBS plan shes bought out?? hope not.

that's great! I really need to lose some post Xmas weight but want to be healthy too so I really want to give the plan a proper try this time. gonna ditch the idea of a diet and enjoy good healthy food, exercise , yoga and meditation ( try to anyway!)
