Hi! I've just found this app by accident! And am loving the format....it looks like the sort of thing I've been searching for for ages!
Is it ok to start week one next week, or should I skip week one and start week two?

I'd say start with week two, that way you can join in with everyone when they post about the meals and excercises :)

It's such a great app 😊 You can start at anytime, so you can start week 1 next week it doesn't matter
