anyone struggling to fit in the exercises. I work 4 days a week and have 2 children and I'm bloody shattered once all that is sorted! plus day one nearly killed me I can barely move without hurting!

You can split the workout into 2 x 25 mins if you are able to fit that in xx

No lunchtime are out as I don't have anywhere to do it! but I might try the suggestion from Meggal and do it in slots when I can 👍👍

I have a baby and never ever have a solid 45 mins to do anything! today I did the work out in a few different slots, ten mins at a time..... It worked fine and feel good now. I've decided to aim to do a couple of reps each time rather than the whole thing; it's easier to start if I know I don't have to commit to the whole session!

would love to but I'm on my way to work then 😢. may have to stick to Mondays and the weekend and try and squeeze in other when I can.

You probably won't like this idea(!) but there are a group of us that get up at 6am to exercise. We message each other to 'check in' at 6. We are all pretty much in your boat. Jobs and kids and if we don't do it then we probably never will! You'd be welcome to join if that would work for you (and someone can add you , I have no idea how!!)
