Getting behind in workouts and haven't done meditation since Tuesday! Getting mad at myself 😡 I really want this to work! Has anyone got any tips of how to stay on track??

I've also missed a couple of days as have an awful cough/ chest infection, it's so frustrating but I managed yoga today and hope to get on the work out tomorrow. I think just take it day by day and do your best :)

I'm having the same problem, I work weird hours sometimes I'm at work at half 7 in the morning and don't get home until 7 in the evening, and I'm on my feet for all that time so the last thing I want to do is work out when I get home. I've fallen behind a bit on the workouts but not beating myself up as I believe you make this app work for your life and pick it back up when you can! I've stuck to the meals though and find that brill. Keep going we are all in this together :)

I'm work at my mums house so I only drive home so I may come to work in my gym clothes and then when I walk in I am ready instantly !:)

I'm thinking of changing into my gym kit at work, so when I walk into my house it's straight to the work out..

I'm with Emma Jane, get in, changed and do it. I tell myself all day, gym straight after work, yoga straight after work... I get home and do it. It's hard but you feel a sense of satisfaction afterwards... It's a nicer feeling that the guilt trip we send ourselves on for not doing it 😊

If you do it after work, DONT SIT DOWN when you get in. I know what I'm like if I do that's it, motivation out the window. Get through the door, get you yoga mat/gym shoes on and go for it. But hay what's a few days off. Don't punish yourself just go with the flow x

Write down on a big piece of paper and stick on your wall where easily you can see it! Haha , I know, it always work on me. Hope this help! X!

I have the time each night I just get home and then I can't be bothered & I can't do it in the mornings as I stay at my boyfriends and his dad is there so I would end up waking them up which isn't fair X

Plan it into your schedule and allow yourself the time. It's the only way I can do it!

dont worry just make app with yourself..what works for me is up at 6am or straight after work.. x x you can do it...
