Morning Glow Squad. How are you today? I wanted to do a particular shout out to all those people (over 15,000 and counting) who are now officially part of our growing community of cheerleaders and champions. I’m so happy to have you here.
Those of you that have bought the programme will probably be planning next week’s shop and thinking about next week’s meals - like this one: my delicious oats with toasted pumpkin seeds and stewed apple, packed full of protein and goodness.

Those of you that haven’t yet bought the programme, let us know what you’re thinking and what your hesitation might be and the rest of the Squad and I will try and answer your questions and fears.

The main thing I think everyone’s beginning to realise is that this is so much more than just an app: think of it like a lifetime membership to a health and fitness spa and restaurant where you only have to pay for the first month… Now doesn’t that seem like the best investment in your health and happiness? Hey Chloe - of course it's up to you but maybe replace my yoga classes with your hot flow and then do Shona's workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and my Stretchy Sunday Yin class to finish off the week? The plan is there to be flexible so give it a go - and make sure your drinking lots and lots of water if you're doing all that hot flow xx

Hey Charlotte . Yes while it's not the main focus of the programme, most people do notice that they lose unwanted pounds - especially if they're sticking to all the workouts too. It's all the nasty hidden sugars in processed food and hidden drinks that prevent you from losing weight so cutting them out will immediately have an impact on your waistline. Give it a go - best to lose weight the healthy way 💪🏻

Hi Kerrie, yes it should be fine for you to do this while you're trying for a baby - it's packed full of nutrients so should be a good thing for you. When you do get pregnant you may want to up your food intake but every pregnancy is different and you should probably consult your GP if you're unsure. And the same goes for the yoga - the only things I would be wary of if you're pregnant are inversions (like shoulder stands) and lying on your front - at least in the later months. But yoga and healthy foods are often recommended for people trying to conceive. Keep the Glow Squad posted about how you get on! 😘

Hi Madeleine, I'm looking to start this once all my January work travelling is out the way, I'll be getting ready on the 30th January will the full 8 weeks still be available if I start then? Can't wait to get going the app looks great well done and thank you x

My only hesitation is the cost of the programme. I know that I just have to pay once, but since I'm a student, £49.99 is still a lot to me.. I hope there will be any kind of discount soon, if not, I'll have to wait until I have the money to join this amazing programme. In the meantime, I'm just going to follow your get the glow book! Thanks :).

hi madelein, I'm getting the programme today and starting on Sunday with my husband! just wondered- we do hot flow yoga 3-4 times a week, can this replace your workouts on those days or should we do both? looking forward to getting started! x

I'm just waiting to get paid this month and then think I will sign up.
I am trying for a baby. I know that the food will be fine but is it ok to do yoga once pregnant? I keep reading mixed opinions.
