I I left my house at 6am today, to start what turned out to be a very busy 12 hr shift. I had two bites of breakfast. A few mouthfuls of my left over chicken and cashew stir fry, a small scone and at the most 1 litre of water.
The last thing I wanted to do was cook... My choices were pizza or cheese and crackers. And after reading posts from the community today I decided to go healthy and cook the risotto!
So grateful to have this support 😘
