Hello! Yes it's hard, we are all living such busy lives. You could try splitting the workouts to 2 X 25 min sessions, with a warm up for each 😘

I'm having the same issue and plan to batch cook as much as I can on Sunday. Getting home at 8.30 pm and the starting to cook for an hour has been a real issue for me

Just try to meal prep as much as possible on the sunday ☺️
