What are your tips for a good sleep? I struggle to stay asleep and wake up multiple times throughout the night, which takes its toll the next day. My room is dark and cool and there are no noises, etc. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you. 😚

Hey Madeleine, maybe a strange question, but I always find that I like to finish my meals with a little smth (fruit, yogurt, etc) and was wondering if that's a bad habit? It seems like I can't just end a meal without!

hi Madeleine . My digestive system got very bed since I have anorexia ( which is recovered it now), and I am not sure whether I have ibs or not( a big chance I think I have). I struggle to eat beans and other things like sweet potato that makes me bloated. Also, this could be very embarrasses, I have constipation and always need to take medicine( I drink lots water, eat lots vegetables and fruit a day).
I just wondering Have you got any tip for how to overcome with bloating after eating?And have you got any suggestions for people like me have a very bed digestive system?

I struggle to get a clear 45 minute time slot to do the exercise programme during the week. Is it ok to split it into 2 sessions 25 minutes in the morning and 25 in the evening? I would do the warm up at the start of each session. I have struggled all week to get the time to do it.
I am loving the food though. So tasty and it always looks appetising on my plate. Thank you x

I know you say to limit red meat but if you know the history about the animal is it ok to add just a bit? (Hubby is a beef farmer and we are organic so he is struggling with the idea of less red meat)

Since buying the get the glow book back in March I've been trying to be as gluten free as I can, but have been buying gf products like bread in the supermarket which in your live stream you said weren't the best. What would you recommend for gf products if we don't have time to bake? Are the more commercial gf products like nakd bars not something you would recommend? I noticed in your vlog that you had spelt crackers which I thought weren't totally gf - are these OK to eat on a gf diet? When I eat out if there is a gf pizza/pasta or bread alternative I tend to order those but would you not recommend those?

Absolutely loving the programme so far! However, my IBS symptoms have actually gotten a bit worse. Could it be the body readapting, should I give it more time? Or is there anything else that could be done to help?

Hi Madeleine, must say my skin has got a nice glow going on already 😆I love all the food so far but would love another option for a morning drink... just can't take to the turmeric milk at all. Going to try some tips that my fellow glow girls have passed on but would love to hear your thoughts on this please. Thanks for keeping us all so positive 💞

Hi...really enjoying the workouts as a new busy mum - feel kinder on my body than exercises I have done in the past and the workouts aren't too long so they can easily be incorporated into a day but will they really get results...always been advised in the past that to achieve results I need to run lots of miles, lift heavy weights and do lots of high impact work - this regime seems too good to be true? x

I thought salt was bad for you but most of your recipes have some in. Is Maldon sea salt good for you? How much can you eat safely? Also, if you put the overnight oats ingredients in your nutribullet, does it mean you'll get hungrier sooner because your body doesn't need to break the food down?

I would love to know how often you use the Origins products? Do you exfoliate once a week? I have very dried skin which is not helped by spending lots of time outside either running or walking the dog of school runs, will the moisturiser be suitable? Has it got sun protection factor?
