Preparing the stewed apples for next week and the house smells incredible! Making a double batch as I know the kids will want some too. And I am better prepared as this week I had a few slip ups; training for a marathon makes me hungry so next week, I am going to have a bowl of homemade vegetable soup before lunch and dinner to bulk up and rehydrate and I have a few more healthy snacks ready: Apple with almond butter, rice cakes, nuts and seeds.
