I've done 2 clubbercise classes, a yoga class and another fitness class plus I walk over 12,000 steps daily and I've have just popped on the scales and have not lost any weight! what am I doing wrong? am feeling deflated

Ive been doing yoga and clubbercise classes for the last 3 months and I always walk everywhere so the food is the only difference and to be honest my skin is awful! spotty and just dull and two friends have commented that I look tired! I must be doing something wrong?

But do you feel better for eating the food & doing the exercises? I have more energy & people tell me I look well so even if there is no weight loss you are still doing yourself good by following the plan.

Shona I have those scales known as body analysis scales but they trigger me off so I banned myself. I only can tell by my body feeling lighter and clothes feeling looser

I've just measured and I've lost no inches either :-(

Keely37! Please don't feel deflated💙 I never trust scales. I only trust a body composition scan (DEXA scan) which tells you your current fat and muscle mass. Scales will not tell you whether you've lost fat and gained muscle which is very likely with all the training you sound like you're doing. You also need to give your body time to make adjustments - 1 week of great training won't make a huge difference. Stay strong and stick to the plan as best as possible. And stay focused on goals that relate to skills. Push ups, chin ups, handstands ... These will make you feel like a superhero and superheroes don't have time for scales! Lots of love!!!! 💙💙💙

Yes Lauren is right u may feel it's looser on your clothes than the scales. Scaled aren't always accurate and it depends on what type of clothes your wearing and always weigh in same clothes and the time of day you do it

You may have lost inches :) I hadn't lost that many lbs but my clothes were looser :)
