

I can honestly say everything I've tried is really amazing, I've stuck to the eating plan by only having the 3 meals and the snack, drinking lots of water with fresh mint cut coffee right down almost to every other day rather than 6-8 cups a day ππ I've lost 4lb and feel great ππΌππΌ so let's see what week 2 brings and I plan to bring the exercise in this week πͺπΌπͺπΌππΌππΌ
