Hi ladies, from loving the world yesterday,....today I feel shocking, not sure if my body can process all the sweet potato , cauliflower etc, feeling really bloated , taken a break from menu, gone quite simple on salad & soup, anyone else feel this ? Can't even manage the Yoga ! 😩

Hello, it's probably the fibre from the foods if you're not used to it. It will take your body time to adjust but of course you can substitute meals for other easy-to-digest meals in the app. I hope you feel better doing this, let me know how you get on 😘

Hi, I find that I can't eat beans, and much cauliflower , Brussels sprouts, cabbages as they cause a lot of tummy discomfort to me as I suffer from IBS. Those veg cause a lot of gas as do beans and if your tummy is sensitive it's often best to steer clear of them. On the meals on the plan that are high in these ingredients I either sub out for something else or I cook an alternative healthy meal X

Thanks ladies, Tea Pigs Peppermint. Liquorish tea is my absolute favourite . Think it could be the Cauliflower yesterday,! Tomorrow is another day... 😘

I've experienced bloating for the first time this week! Mainly the chick peas and cauliflower. I've always been fine with wheat etc so came as a bit of a shock. I am persisting though!

Get some peppermint and liquorice tea really helps my digestion I recommend pukka one
