I have been following this post for a week now and still unsure if to sign up or not?! However I've had s massive binge weekend and flared up my IBS so thinking it might be a good plan to start???

Hi Jenny,

I suffer from terrible ibs needing to take medicine everynight. Since starting the plan last week I have stopped taking the meds and have almost gone back to normal, nearly no pain and regular toilet visits! (Sorry but it's a fact of life) ☺️ I'm looking forward to starting week two 🌟

I'm starting today too and was exactly the same as I already exercise around four times a week. I bit the bullet and must say I'm so impressed. I did one of the workouts at home on Friday and felt it! I'm seeing it as taking a lot of the work out of planning, and it's so nice to have the option of the sorts of workouts I enjoy when I want them, rather than fitting in with my gym's timetable on busy weeks. Xx

Do it Jenny! My husband eats most of the evening meals with me. He usually swaps for something different there's no meat or fish involved as he's a total carnivore! The app makes you so mindful of how you eat/live. Has helped me so much to take control instead of always giving up or making excuses. £50 seems a lot but think how quickly we spend that on makeup or clothes 😀 that helped me to justify it and I've not looked back 😀

It's so worth it and Madeleine would add new recipes, get access to live stream, mediatation so on

Think of it like becoming a member of a gym (with access to your own personal trainer, life coach, meditation programme and over 70 completely new recipes) where you only have to pay membership for the first month! I think promise it's the best investment you'll ever make in your health and happiness....😘

I'm just struggling to justify the price. Oh and convincing my husband to try new things too!! Plus I already have a good exercise routine xx
