Can I swap the egg breakfast for chia seed pudding?

I'm still contemplating about the program for 2 reasons
1) i like the preview of the meal but I wonder when I purchase the 8 week plan if i would be able to get all the ingredients here in Australia (or will I struggle)
2) what is the reason behind having rice milk every morning and not other kinds of milk? can this be substituted with just regular cows milk or almond milk?

Hello Alison - no they should be fine without - maybe keep blitzing in the blender so you get all the moisture from the dates. If not no harm adding a teaspoon of coconut oil xx

I cannot tell you how much I love glow guides!! 💃 I'm snacking healthier, my lunches are the envy of the hospital and... I've even made the nurses station a sugar free work zone! 🙌🙌 .
Top marks I'd say! Thank You so much for putting this program together. Can't wait to start week 2!!

Hello Carolyn.. It's really hard for me to say without knowing your medical history so I would recommend talking to your GP about the Glow Guides. I'm sure you will benefit from a nutrient-packed diet, free from any nasties, and a meditation programme, but your GP would know whether your body could cope with the yoga and cardio+strength training elements. Either way, listen to your body, goo slow and keep the Glow Community posted on your progress X

Madeline, I am making the coconut balls for a snack. Should they have some coconut oil in them? They seem really dry and not sticking very well. Loving the recipes and looking forward to trying more X

Hi Maddie. I have lots of health problems fibromyalgia, arthritis etc. and have recently started an eating regime to improve my gut health and combat my Autoimmune problems. I'd like to join Glow Guides for the inspiration and daily motivation but worried it might be too much for me to cope with. What do you think? Thanks Carolyn x

much for me.

Absolutely not Lynn Marie! It's easy to digest and I think it could be really warm and soothing before bedtime 🙏

I feel amazing after the first week. Like I can take on the world. Happy and healthy is how I feel. Wooooohooooooo! Plus my husband has lost 4lb this week by eating the same lunches and evening meals as me. He's a convert too and is raving about the programme to all his mates!

Hi there I'm really enjoying the programme but one of those being challenged by long working days of 14 hours or so. Am I hurting anything by having the Turmeric milk before bed?

It's up to you Jen but I think you will see the most transformative results of you stick to it! And the turmeric milk has so many wonderful benefits... Tune into my live stream on Monday as I'm going to be talking about it 💚

Do we have to 100% stick to the plan? E.g I love porridge so can I have variations of that for breakfast as I really don't like eggs all that much? Also what are the benefits of turmeric milk? X
