Does any one else want to add some chicken or fish to tonight's meal as it's very low in protein ? X

Hello! Yes if you want add some fish or chicken you can. Listen to your body and eat what makes you feel best - the fish and chicken are excellent sources of protein and vitamins, so will definitely help you keep the glow! 😘

Thanks, yes to me a plate of just veg is not a complete meal, especially as I am active and exercising most days so am having some salmon with it X

I added some chicken, the veggies just didn't seem enough for me! Was a nice meal . 😊

If it was me I would add beans like chickpeas or pinto beans as those are protein
