Just a quick one on snacking. At the moment I normally have a piece of fruit mid morning and a handful of nuts in the afternoon. Is it ok to keep this up on the plan? X

Sounds yummy allie! I've made my almond and date balls for my afternoon snack so will think about fruit mid morning but maybe with added protein X

Sometimes I'll have an apple with almond butter as a snack as well.

Thanks Jen! I'm worried that any weight loss could trigger my disorder again so really keen to maintain a healthy weight! I'm also hoping the plan will get my monthly cycles back X

Hi I have just got over anorexia and spoke to Madeleine about snacks and she said it's absolutely fine to eat healthy snacks such a nuts, fruits, smoothies, yogurt , oats etc as I do not want to loose weight either. And meals like tonight's for example I am adding fish as a plate of veg is not enough I don't think X

I make double the number of balls and have one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Perfect to grab on the go at work.

I'm going to aim to do my workouts in the morning I think. But I'll try and include nuts as my afternoon snack :)
How about apples as a snack too?

Aim for a healthy protein as a mid afternoon snack. I find that keeps me going as I do my work outs in the evening. 😃

If you look at the live Q&A from Monday I'm sure Madeleine mentions what to do if you don't want to lose weight. If not post the question on her wall and she will answer this Monday hopefully.

Great. I'll stick to one piece of fruit as a snack then an energy ball or nuts in the afternoon. I'm just worried of losing weight as I really don't want that from the plan. I've struggled years with eating disorders and am now at a weight I'm happy with so need to just maintain xx

I read somewhere it was fine. No more than two bits of fruit I think. Could be in the welcome to week one clip.
