Hi Madeleine, the first week went well, but I am still struggling to eat beans as they makes me feel bloated afterward. I always avoid to use them in my recipes, I want to eat them as I love to try, and it is fine for me to eat beans when I was small. Do you have any suggestion how I could overcome it? Anything that cook with beans could reduce this problem? Thank you! X!😁

Well, I still have my cheese and milk as they are fine to me,( I love them!)

Seems we are on the same boat. Hope you get well soon, and I currently taking some Chinese medicine to push my period back, and I know what weight I need get so it will come.

I'm battling my bulimia and have bad ibs too as well I have soya, dairy, lactose and gluten intolerances

Yes I have tried lots and even now I make the mistake sometimes of trying again but it really makes discomfort worse. So I get my protein from good quality chicken and lots of fish, salmon, mackeral, sea bass, prawns, trout etc. Anorexia like I said wrecks our body and beans are so hard to digest that it's too much for my gut to deal with so unfortunately have to steer clear but I love fish so it's not all bad. I am waiting for my period too but think I may need to push my weight up a bit more as it won't come back until at the weight my body naturally needs to be at so got to keep working. Anorexia is an awful illness and I never want to go through something like that ever again. Glad you have managed to beat it too X X

hi! Sorry my fault! I do recover from it but just need to get my period back. I do add extra protein and carb into my diet even I follow the plan haha. Like tonight I add extra shrimp.
if you don't mind, I just wonder what do you eat if you can't eat beans? I mean have you try any or you completely get rid from your diet? x!

I have just recovered from anorexia which I battled for 10 years. This made IBS worse as anorexia messes up the body big time. I hope you don't follow the food plan on glow guides without adding in healthy snacks as it will cause more weight loss. I follow the plan but add in where necessary to ensure I do not gain weight. Thanks girls! The thing is that I don't even know if I have ibs or not. I have anorexia for last 8 years and haven't recovered yet. Is anyone know where we could post questions? Within community or her wall (can't find the tag where to post questions on her wall)?

Peppermint and liquorice tea helps the digestion . I have ibs as well

Hi I have the same problems I can't eat beans any more as they cause too much gas and bloating as I have ibs. I love them but decided it was not worth it so I just have whole protein from chicken and fish.
