Starting off my new week of glow guides with loss of 0.6kg 👍 and treating my self to ashot of wheatgrass and aloe vera followed by daily green smoothie today before I start my preparations for next weeks meals.

P.S I was out with a friend last night to a vegan restaurant and we ordered a soup and sandwich, here was me thinking that the bread would be gluten and wheat free in which case it wasnt 😞 I felt so different after eating it and my stomach did not thank me for it.
I am loving this programme and I could never go back now to the old processed and sugary food. I would really love to make a permanent change.
I am feeling such huge benefits from the programme including better moods,regular bowel movements, also my monthly cycle has improved too as I am a sufferer of pcos and general overall health being... my energy levels are back and I am more happy than ever.. 💗
