For those of you who are rubbish like me & don't read recipes before they start & are not master chefs, the stew takes two & a half hours to prepare & cook. So start early or be hungry!! Good luck ladies!

Multi cooker? No idea what that is, total cooking novice alert!

I noticed that too, I'm rubbish at meal swapping so decided to prep everything & use my slow cooker, the beef's been cooking slowly since last night. The only problem is it smells so amazing I want to eat it for breakfast!!

I'm usually still in the office at 10 pm & a fair few hours away from leaving. So you are certainly not alone. Well the stew does look nice but I think it needs mushroom. Split into four portions the portions look tiny. No doubt I got something very wrong!

It's good to know I am not the only one not making the 10pm bedtime !

I did the beef stew today because i saw that it was 2.5 hours cooking. Not going to happen on a week night so had it today. But sadly, it burnt so rescued what I could!! Still yummy albeit with a slight with charcoal taste!

I was intending to have it for dinner but started too late so ended up with the pea omelette which I discovered I didn't have an omelette pan so it was scrambled egg! Lol
