I'll add 1/2 cup of oats. 1 cup of either almond milk or rice milk, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1 tbs of almond butter and then some mixed berries. I'll put it all in a mason jar, keep it in the fridge overnight and then heat it up at work. This seriously keeps me going till lunch! 😋Jenny Quinnover 2 yearsSounds like a great idea Allie.
