Thanks to both Madeleine and Shonda. I'm a day behind so i just did workout A and I actually did 45 seconds of proper pushups. no pelvis down first, no shaky arms. ok, still on my knees but with a straight back. last week I barely managed 3 really bad pushups before collapsing. oh, and Madeleine, even my kids love most of the recipes so
I'm getting my whole family eating healthier.
