Nuts, or nut butter. Hemp protein is ok cos it's got no nasties in it. Best thing to have though is a meal high in protein and carbs such as chicken and rice/ sweet potato or eggs are really good after training. A really good option which saves loads of money instead of buying protein powder blend a banana , good quality organic milk and some ice and make a banana milkshake. There you have the protein from the milk and then the carbs from the banana. Will be just as effective, healthier and save yog pennies too X X X

Hi I have just come home from university and I study sport, exercise and nutrition and we have just been shown proven research that protein powder are a waste of money and that we can get all the protein we need from healthy food sources. I was at error hear as I have always used protein powder but we have just spent a whole hour lecture listening to the evidence and why we don't need it. So if I was you stick to while natural food X if you want the glow stick to oh natural lol
