Hi Shona, I started glow guides on Sunday and really like it but for some reason I can't feel the glute bridges in my bum really. I might be being really stupid but when I move my leg forward and back I still feel it in my hamstrings. Doing workout B today I could just feel it there but I didn't know if that was because my hamstrings were still aching from the other workout. Not sure what to do is there a way I can switch it on more before or something? Thanks in advance :)

Burpees are getting easier, but I'm with you on the mountain climbers πŸ˜‚ Love the circuits as I get bored doing one thing for too long. Struggling with yoga - especially with flexibility in my legs & hips. If I managed to fit in more practice during the week would this help or should I just stick to the plan? Any advice much appreciated x

I will be honest and say on my workout A I found them really hard and thought I would never be able to do this. But by workout B I was loving them and they were much easier... πŸ’ƒπŸ™‹

I find myself moving my leg backwards and forwards all through the set trying to take the burn away from my quad. I finally get it right....with about five seconds to go...:-(
