Madeleine...... Out and about at meetings over next two days and a bit limited what i can take for lunch..... Dont want to attract too much attention getting a full meal out at the meeting table when everyones tucking into sarnies. I was thinking of making your chickpea flour wraps and putting in salad and ham or chicken.... Maybe some avocado but not sure it would keep from going black by lunchtime??? Do you think this is a good choice for lunch on the go?? Any suggestions really welcome 😊

Hey! Yes that's totally fine to have the chickpea flatbreads with a form of protein. Just add something acidic like apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to the avocado to stop it browning 💚💚
