Loving it! It's easier than I thought it would be-as having left overs for lunch cuts out time on another meal. Haven't been hungry yet!!! I do not always fancy the turmeric milk each morning but that's the only thing.

I think because of preparation Madeleine has said it helps to start sunday but if keen to crack on then go for it xxx
