I'm having trouble with my wrists and ankles during the workout and yoga sessions. Downward dog in particular can get kind of painful. I was wondering if Shona or Madeleine had some ideas for building strength up in my joints? I would also really love to see a yoga video with the at least the basic moves broken down like at the beginning of the workouts. Just so I know I'm holding the position right! I've never done yoga before and have no idea what I'm doing haha

I agree it would be really helpful to have the moves broken or slowed down to show us , like they are in the workout videos

Nah I just have very skinny weak wrists

Are u dislocating? I have hypermobility syndrome and those are just to intense for my condition
