Morning Glow squad (from London) right so a few of you are having trouble feeling your glutes in the single leg Glute bridge am I right? Don't worry ... It will happen and it will grow. If your glutes haven't been used to being switched on before, they will take time to feel. I used to have a super flat butt, it took me 12 months to transform it. That's the kind of consistent work that's required so don't be disheartened, just keep pushing through.
