I don't have a bench at home and I I've in a flat. How can I do the exercises that involve the bench?

Have you got steps or a firm sofa? All the above suggestions are also amazing. You can also buy a step from Amazon. Xx

I use a coffee table, but a box or a reaching step (cheap ones in wilkos of dunelm) would work ok.

You could also do high knees in place. I have the weakest knees from my running days.. I find that to be quite effective

I just use a £5 chair I bought for this purpose - my bench doesn't feel sturdy enough (or I'm too wobbly).

You can use a sturdy chair or other surface.
