I am a day behind with exercise but that's ok as I train for my marathon... Just done the yoga and it was exactly what my body needed this morning! I am not sure why but yesterday I had an awful day and ended up eating flapjacks and biscuits ( I hardly ever do!) and I woke up feeling awful... I guess I learnt my lesson! I love the meditation too, it really does help. I do it twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime... Have a fantastic Wednesday!
