I am a day behind with exercise but that's ok as I train for my marathon... Just done the yoga and it was exactly what my body needed this morning! I am not sure why but yesterday I had an awful day and ended up eating flapjacks and biscuits ( I hardly ever do!) and I woke up feeling awful... I guess I learnt my lesson! I love the meditation too, it really does help. I do it twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime... Have a fantastic Wednesday!

After my yoga, I treated myself to face treatments and did a whole body exfoliation and feel so much better for it! I think yesterday was just pure tiredness... Now ready to go out fir s long walk with my dog before tackling the weekly shop and school run!

Don't worry it happens!! My day was horrible yesterday. I was so busy at work, that I missed breakfast. Had 3 bites of my beef stew and half a packet of starburst. Drank maybe 2 glasses of water. Nurses... Great at taking care of others, terrible at taking care of themselves 😔
