
Hi everyone! Hope you're having a great day. Quick question. I'm on the first week of the program and I'm having constant headaches and my head is kind of foggy. Has anyone else gone through that? I think it's the sugar withdrawal bit just checking.... It has never happened before..

I was wondering why I was getting headaches, I never get them! Makes sense now
I'm on my last day of week 1 and my headache is finally starting to ease off today. I also ditched coffee, which always gives me a headache but I think cutting out sugar makes it even worse! So nothing to worry about, it'll go away soon :-)
It's just cutting out the sugar - stick with it, it will only last a week đŸ˜˜
I had the same thing. They've relieved this week (thankfully!) Keep the pain killers nearby, drink loads of water and the yoga and meditation really helped me. Hope they go away for you soon đŸ˜€
I've got an horrendous headache today! Just makes you realise sugar is hidden in so much I was probably eating before! X
I agree keep the pain killers handy too.
Hi I had a terrible headache all through week one, was relieved by the workouts and yoga think that's because I was concentrating on them. I increased my fluids and this week it has eased not had a headache.đŸ˜€
Sugar withdrawal....it's horrid!! And REALLY scary what it's been doing to us. More addictive than cocaine! X
The first week was pretty hideous for me too! Headaches lasted about 4 days but now I feel great! Keep with it and just keep the pain killers handy!! Good luck
