I've just done my first yoga session (a day behind the programme due to other exercise classes) and I feel so relaxed and at ease. I found some of the stretching and positions difficult because I am so tight all through my legs (training for marathons don't help) but stretching more should hopefully help. Have been so stressed lately and finally I feel relaxed! Even my cat joined in with the yoga. Loving the programme as I expected I would! Just what I need xx

I'm training for a marathon too ( April 20th) and find the yoga us really helping me... It is tough and fast pace but hoping it will get easier with practice! Good luck with your training...
