I'm new to yoga and I love the videos! I don't think they are too fast, to me the pace is perfect and not too long as well, comparing to 90min classes available in my area. 🙏🙏
I love the yoga and with the meditation it is a great combination to my marathon training. I find it fast paced too but it doesn't worry me; I follow at my pace even if it means missing a few reps. I feel I will manage to follow it all with practice. I love this app!

One of the main reasons for joining was to begin yoga, although I am trying to keep up , I find it too quick in parts, I don't use Shona's videos as I already have a great cardio routine, I want to balance that with the holistic side, a beginners yoga video in the future would be amazing . Loving the food , however I have to swap out as I don't eat meat, which has been a bit frustrating as you do worry that it changes the balance if that make sense. Perhaps including an ingredient option for the future . 😘😘
