Hello! I love the pesto a little thick, once you mix it through it covers the courgetti well. But if you like it thinner then you can add a bit of water to loosen it up xx

I added some left over pasta water to the pesto. It really helped to loosen it up.

Yes & I couldn't taste lemon or garlic in there, think it must be down to broccoli quantity. Still enjoyed it though 😋

I added a couple of tablespoons of water to loosen it. And once you add it to the courgettes and pasta it blends in as it heats up :)

I also have a very good food processor and mine was solid! I added twice the oil and it was still a paste and certainly not pourable. I guess it's down to the amount of broccoli but I just used a standard tesco head of broccoli which isn't that big.....
Loved it but will use half the amount of broccoli next time!

mine was thick I ended up using 1 food processor and then my smoothie maker to try and get it blended..

my whole kitchen is in mess, my house full of smoke as I was frying the wild salmon.

finally sitting down to it now and it was worth it... delicious... 😋

I think you can add a little more oil to loosen it if need be
