
Is it me or are the portion sizes huge? I made Tonight's dinner fed myself with leftovers for tomorrow and hubby and still had enough to feed an army!! 😂 lol

Hi Erica, all the meals are balanced and dietician approved so don't worry about eating too much. But eat what makes you feel best and listen to how you're body feels, I love leftovers so handy for the next day! 😘❤️
I had to reduce them,too. I always ate too much and still had leftovers.
Yes! Some meals are huge and others seem to be smaller.
I find them way too big have started to reduce the ingredients . 😀
i was initially worried that i would need to buy double the shopping for me and bf but the portion sizes manage to feed us both + lunch for me the next day :)
Porridge oats is dietician recommended portion for me
I fed me and bf and had lots left I'm also taking in for me and a friend for lunch tomorrow

I think it's good to know that we won't be hungry as I would snack. However have to say the porridge is about twice what I can manage in the morning!!
Generally, no, they are nice and satisfying for me, don't leave me feeling hungry. I'd rather leave some than risk being hungry and reaching for a biscuit!
I didn't have the spaghetti tonight though, just the courgetti, purely because I didn't want to buy it!
Others have said the spaghetti portion is big though.
Try 150g of spag if was too much I couldn't eat more than that
