Hi, I have friends coming round for a Chinese takeaway tomorrow night. So far, I haven't deviated from the eating plan for 3 weeks and I am loving the results and I am reluctant to deviate now. I don't have time to cook for them between getting in from work, putting the kids to bed and them arriving! So, Madeleine or anyone, do you know what the healthiest option would be? Thanks in advance 😍

Hello!! Yes we all have those moments where there's no escaping a take away. Opt for a veggie plain dish or unwatered fish/ shellfish and avoid anything described as 'glazed' 'sweet and sour' as these are full of sugar! Well done for sticking to the plan, one bad meal is totally fine! You'll still carry on glowing the next day 😘

A stir fry with steamed rice. But you know what, you only live once and one night of having a real treat is not harmful, it's one of life's little pleasures. So enjoy the Chinese and then just return to the programme the next day. Don't let it take over your life and become too obsessed by it. Enjoy the meal X

I would suggest going for some steamed rice and lots of veggies! You can always ask them to go easy on any oil/salt too if worried 😊 xx
