Hi, I'm planning on starting on Sunday. When reading some of the comments about being bloated, just wondered if many people experienced this in the first week? It's my sisters 30th party next Saturday and don't want to be going out looking really bloated. My stomach can bloat very easily and is very sensitive X

Hello Nats and welcome! Such lovely news you've joined, you're going to be amazing! Just make sure to have you're meals sitting down, eat slowly and be mindful of the food. If you do experience bloating then lemon and ginger helps and make sure you're drinking enough fluids to flush your system. Good luck and keep us updated 😘

I haven't been bloated, as the recipes only contain 'good' carbs I have found the opposite. Felt really well.

I've had tried some meals and hadn't bloated. Just stick peppermint and liquorice tea, hot water, lemon raw unpasteurised honey
